    What is the difference between a page and a post in WordPress?

    A very frequent question! And very ably answered here:

    Why do I keep losing my changes?

    There are several possible reasons for this, but the MOST COMMON reason new users run into trouble is that they are making edits, previewing the page, and then going back in to EDIT THE PREVIEW PAGE instead of the original. This creates a whole load of mess.

    If you find yourself getting confused, don’t use the preview function. Simply make your changes, click update, then view the page or post. If you want to use the preview function, it is a good strategy to close all your browser tabs except the far left (the page you are editing) and one tab to the right of that – the preview. After you check the preview, go back to editing the content on the far left tab.

    I just have a quick question. Can I please just call?
